This was an unexpected gem, my wife and I had breakfast and we were so impressed with the quality of the food, the customer service outsanding, and the vista of the bay was delightful, that we returned the same day with our family and enjoyed a memorable dinner. If you want to meet delightful people, be served as kings, and enjoy over the top delicious food, I recommend you try this place out.

I was in Pinole visiting family, and we wanted breakfast. We checked nearby restaurants, and we decided to go to Leila by the Bay in Hercules as the restaurant had good reviews. I'm glad we stopped by this gem. The staff was friendly and the food was good. We ate inside the restaurant to avoid the flys. I ordered a chorizo omelet with country potatoes, sourdough bread, and a caraft of pineapple mimosas. 🍍

The staff is very customer service oriented and the food was great. The drinks were delicious as well. And depending on where you're sitting the view is gorgeous. The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the Irish Coffee, but that's on me because I'm very particular about my coffee and my Irish Coffee.

I come here for the patio and the nearly-waterfront dining. Overall three stars on food and service. I see a lot of opportunities to improve the quality of the food and service, but overall the restaurant works. I’d love to see higher quality ingredients and more thoughtful menu options. It feels a bit like prison / airplane food. I’d also like to see a more welcoming environment from the servers. A welcome smile goes a long way! Anyway, if you haven’t eaten here, try it out! And make sure to sit on the patio :)

I've come for Sunday brunch with the bottomless Mimosas, and everything is always on point! This time, we sat at the bar, and Rachael is the absolute BEST bartender to have! She never kept us with an empty glass, exceptional customer service, and the drinks were 🔥... The French toast with Challah bread is an absolute must! All of the staff are incredibly friendly, and the vibe is just good! I'll DEFINITELY be back again soon!

The veiw, besides the bread & wine was my favorite part. I got a lamb Burger, & it was grainy. The fries could've been cooked longer as well. The service was good besides one girls attitude, you could just tell she didn't want to be @ work. Overall I did enjoy myself with my friend. Can't say I'd recommend this place though.

If you are there at the right time you can watch the sunset over the Bay! The staff and patrons are great. Fabulous Happy Hour Cocktails and small plates. Great location. Perfect for a first date or a friends nite out.

Amazing ambiance and food. Thoroughly enjoyed my Classic Eggs Benedict and Espresso Martini for brunch. Very welcoming atmosphere! Can’t wait to enjoy the outside dining (it was raining the day we went) the view was breathtaking!
